AWA Express is a transportation service from one airport to another, which is designed to satisfy all kinds of transportation requirements that might be related to e-commerce, last minute, personal or courier services.

AWA express is reliable, time-saving, safe, efficient and effective and helps reduce the delivery hours of pressing documents and parcels within Ghana.

All General Courier Rates Originating From ACC Rates are applicable on chargeable weight
Acceptable Dimensions: LxWxH – 100cm x 50cm x 100cm
Minimum kilo: 0.5-3kg
Rate: GHC49.00
Additional charges: GHC11.80

These rates excluding taxes and other charges at the origin.

FAQs

1. Where do I send my parcel or courier?

You may present your shipment to the check-in counter at any of our Domestic (Ghana) airport
stations.

Please note that AWA Express only serves Domestic (Ghana) passengers currently, so all
shipments must go through our domestic (Ghana) stations.

2. When will my shipment arrive?

This is dependent of when your shipment is presented at the check-in counter. Your shipment will be placed on the flight available in that moment and will arrive at the estimated-time-of -arrival for that flight.
Please make sure to enquire this information from the officer you have presented your shipment to.

3. What payment methods can I use with AWA?

Corporate clients will be presented with a bi-weekly or monthly invoice which can be paid with cheque or cash.
Individuals can pay by Cash, Credit card or Mobile Money.
Please note that, all payments will be determined based on the weight of your package.

4. How do I make a loss/damage claim?

In case of a lost or damaged item, please report to the station’s manager immediately or send an email to awacargo@flyafricaworld.com.

5. What is the maximum size of the package I can send?

All shipments will be measure and weighed upon receipt at the check-in counter. A shipment must not exceed 150 cm in dimension or weigh more than 32kg.
In addition, for the safety of our couriers, we require notification of shipments over 32kg in weight.
