Terms & Conditions

Winner Selection: All eligible entries received during the submission period will be gathered into a database at the end of the submission period and winners chosen based on the number of likes and/or shares.

The winners will be announced on or about June, 20th 2021 on or about noon.

The potential prize winners will be notified via email. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Organizer) within ten (10) days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

The “Africa World Airlines x Cheezzy Pizza Father’s Day giveaway” is sponsored by Cheezzy Pizza(“sponsor). This Giveaway is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these official rules, including eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the Giveaway, as determined by the Organizer, are final in all respects.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Sponsor or Organizer, not Instagram, Facebook or any third party vendor.

Eligibility for the Giveaway is open to legal residents of all eight (8) destinations Africa World Airlines flies to, i.e. Lagos Abuja, Monrovia, Freetown, Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale where not prohibited by law, have internet access and valid email account prior to beginning of the Giveaway period. Organizer has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant. Employees of Africa World Airlines or Cheezzy Pizza and other companies, agencies and organizations associated with the promotion of the Giveaway, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each employee are not eligible.

Entry Period for the Giveaway begins on June 17^th, 2021 and ends at June 20^th, 2021, midday. (“Giveaway Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Giveaway at their sole discretion.

How to Enter

Complete the following steps in addition to agreeing to the official rules set in this document.

·        Share a photo to your Instagram or Facebook feed outlining a favorite memory with your father and tagging @flyafricaworld and #awamemorieswithdad.

Submission Requirements

Submission may not contain, as determined by the Organizer, in its sole discretion, any content that:

·        Is sexually explicit; violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;

·        Promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message;

·        Is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group;

·        Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;

·        Contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission;

·        Contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission;

·        Contains any individual other than the entrant and/or any materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without providing legal releases for such use in a form satisfactory to sponsor;

·        Contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead;

·        Communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which sponsor wishes to associate; and/or

·        Violates any law.

Prizes

Prizes (20 Winners): Pizza vouchers to be shared across all eight (8) destinations. Terms and conditions may apply. Vouchers are redeemable at any Cheezzy Pizza Restaurant within the country (Ghana).

For residents outside Ghana or any location that doesn’t have a Cheezzy Pizza Restaurant, the winners can redeem whenever they visit Accra or Kumasi, where they can locate a Cheezzy Pizza restaurant.

Vouchers are valid for One year. Terms and Conditions may apply.

Additional Limitations: The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Giveaway, including, but not limited to errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of the Giveaway is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Organizer. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Giveaway, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ORGANIZER AND SPONSOR, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE MAILCHIMP PLATFORM AND FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM PLATFORM, AFRICA WORLD AIRLINES, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. ORGANIZER, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MECHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY.

Publicity

By participating, each entrant grants Organizer permission to use his/her name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. Even though your privacy is of utmost importance to us, due to standing legalities, we can’t promise that information will not be divulged to third parties in ways not explained by this privacy policy.

Furthermore, we can (and you give us permission to) divulge any information about you to private entities, law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole vigilance, believe is needed to address and/or answer questions or resolve problems. Our organization reserves the right to change this privacy policy at its discretion. Your continued use of this service after changes to this privacy policy have been posted is taken as acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to monitor the privacy policy to determine whether any changes have been made. This privacy policy is a condition of your relationship with our organization and its services and you agree to be bound by all of its terms and conditions.
